Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Solwave as your trusted ally on your journey of growth. Please read our coaching sessions policy. The terms and conditions of this policy are effective upon your account registration. The coach’s responsibilities: • Honest and always acts with integrity. • Treat information shared in the strictest confidence. Acts with fairness and impartiality with no discrimination. • Diligent in delivering an expert coaching service that creates a transformation for my client. •Treat the client with respect and listen actively to what they have to say without judgment. • Use questioning to hold deep conversations about the client's wants, desires, goals, and aspirations. • Clarify goals and create detailed action plans so that the pathway to achieving those goals is clear. •Hold the client accountable for the progress they are making towards achieving their goals. • Not to take any financial, professional, or other advantage of the client-coach relationship. • Uphold all agreements with clients, including contracts, schedules, and tasks. Listen actively to clients with no judgment. The client’s responsibilities: • Attend each session on time and be open and ready to approach the work with effort and motivation. • Complete tasks and exercises between sessions and reflect on progress as part of independent practice. •Treat the coach with respect. • Trust the coach's guidance in the best way to implement the coaching plan goals. • Be open to changes in the goals laid out in the coaching plan as the coaching sessions progress. • Throughout, keep an open and motivated mindset and enthusiasm to work with the coach to achieve the goals in your coaching plan. • Hold accountability for the progress the client is making towards achieving the client’s goals.
