Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment within a 6-month grace period at no additional cost. If an appointment is missed without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the booking fee is forfeited, and you must book a new appointment at a new fee. Late Arrivals: Arriving late to a session will reduce your booked appointment time accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the Coach may cancel the session, and no refund will be provided. Coach Cancellations: If the Coach cancels without providing 24 hours’ prior notice, you are entitled to a refund or may choose to reschedule at your convenience.
